Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited’s new three-wheeler Mahindra UDO.
Electric vehicle manufacturer Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Ltd (MLMML) has launched a new three-wheeler, Mahindra UDO. The new vehicle is built in Mahindra’s manufacturing plant in Zaheerabad in Telangana.
It is priced at ₹ 3.84 lakh ex-showroom, but for a limited period, it will be offered a discounted price of ₹ 3.59 lakh.
Besides offering free services until 1 lakh km, the company offers a membership into its UDAY NXT scheme that provides ₹20 lakh accidental insurance to the vehicle owner.
“The traditional auto design, unchanged globally since 1948, has long neglected driver and passenger comfort. The UDO design attempts to change this by designing seats ergonomically,” a company official said.
“Built on deep customer insights, Mahindra UDO has been reimagined from the ground up to bring together safety, comfort, design and performance,” Suman Mishra, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited, said at the launch.
